The SICON HDS Conveyors are robustly constructed and suitable for feeding shredders of any size. As stackers, they are also used for material removal after large shears. Each conveyor system is individually planned to ensure it meets local requirements precisely.
Feed and incline lengths are custom-designed and implemented for each application. Energy-efficient, frequency-controlled geared motors, specially tailored to the specific use case, power the system—eliminating the need for the hydraulic drives still commonly found in traditional shredder systems.
With the HDS Conveyor Series, SICON provides shredder manufacturers, as well as shredder and shear operators, with a compelling alternative. Its modular design allows for quick assembly—either by the customer or a dedicated SICON installation team.
