The SICON HDS Conveyors are solidly constructed conveyor that can be used to feed shredders of any size. As stacker, they are also used for removal after large shears. Individual planning is carried out for each application to ensure that the conveyor meet local requirements exactly.
The lengths for the feed and incline range are planned and implemented individually. The drive is always provided by energy-efficient, frequency-controlled geared motors specially designed for the application. The hydraulic drive that is still often used in shredder systems today is no longer necessary.
With the HDS Conveyor Series, SICON offers shredder manufacturers as well as shredder and shear operators an interesting alternative. A modular design enables rapid assembly – by a SICON assembly team if required.
