Management Systems
SICON does not only stand for the high quality of our products, but also for an ethically irreproachable behavior in dealing with our business partners, the compliance with our quality standards as well as the readiness to be prepared for all cases of crisis. Decency and common sense are the basis of our daily actions. Our management systems provide the framework to which we voluntarily commit ourselves.
Quality lives of continuity! The crucial element for sustainable success and satisfaction is high and consistent quality. By means of a structured internal company organization, we ensure that defined quality standards are adhered to in every area – from planning to implementation to after-sales service. For this we have established internal control mechanisms and regulations that each of our employees draws upon to ensure the consistently high quality of our work.
Our QMS is adjusted several times a year, regularly controlled and audited by internal and external inspections.
If you have any questions about our quality management system, you can reach us at any time by phone (+49-2733-811760) or by email info@sicon.eu.
The binding establishment of a corporate Code of Conduct is the basis for legally compliant behavior of all SICON employees. In the mission statement of the management, central values such as safety, integrity, loyalty, sustainability and respect are defined as the highest standards of conduct towards customers, suppliers and partners, but also internally within the team. We act in a particularly responsible manner for the benefit of our customers and take responsibility for our actions.
Our employees are the face of SICON. We want to stand for open, respectful and tolerant, but also consistent action. Our external appearance should be professional and loyal; we are a team both among ourselves and with our business partners.
We rely on a comprehensive Compliance Management System (CMS) to create a basis of trust for customers and suppliers. In addition to the overarching Code of Conduct, our CMS describes and regulates compliance with legal standards and contractual obligations. We have clearly positioned ourselves as a company here, on the one hand to create an internal guidebook, and on the other to define binding structures that we adhere to as guidelines when dealing with international business relationships. Our employees comply with our CMS not only by duty, but above all by pride.

Emergencies cannot be planned, but reliability can. It is part of our standards that you as a cooperation partner, customer or supplier of SICON can rely on SICON’s prospective preparation. There are solutions for every imaginable scenario and our BCM includes guidelines for dealing with these scenarios in the manual as well as the emergency book. Continuing SICON and fulfilling our obligations to you is our primary BCM objective. In this way, we ensure that key business processes can be handled smoothly; in any situation.
Our BCM is reviewed annually as part of a risk analysis and adjusted accordingly to new or changed risks or framework conditions.
