Quality thrives on consistency!
High and consistent quality is the cornerstone of sustainable success and long-term customer satisfaction. Through a structured and clearly defined internal organizational framework, we ensure that established quality standards are met in all areas—from planning and implementation to after-sales service.
To this end, we have established binding internal control mechanisms and clear regulations. These serve as guidelines for our employees and ensure that our services are consistently delivered at a high standard. Our Quality Management System (QMS) is reviewed several times a year and continuously refined. In addition, we undergo regular internal and external inspections and audits to ensure transparency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
If you have any questions about our quality management system, you can reach us at any time by phone at +49-2733-811760 or by email at info@sicon.eu.

The formal adoption of a corporate Code of Conduct serves as the foundation for legally compliant behavior by all SICON employees.
The management’s mission statement establishes core values such as safety, integrity, loyalty, sustainability, and respect as the highest standards for conduct toward customers, suppliers, and partners, as well as internally within the team. In doing so, we always act responsibly in the best interests of our customers, partners, and employees, and take responsibility for our actions. Our employees are the face of SICON. We want our face to stand for open, respectful, and tolerant, yet consistent conduct. Our public image should be professional and loyal; we are a team—both among ourselves and with our business partners. We rely on a comprehensive compliance management system (CMS) to establish a foundation of trust with our customers and suppliers. In addition to the overarching Code of Conduct, our CMS outlines and governs compliance with legal standards and contractual obligations. As a company, we have clearly positioned ourselves in this regard to establish a binding framework for action that serves as a guide in our daily work and defines clear structures for national and international business relationships. Our employees adhere to our CMS not only out of a sense of duty, but above all out of conviction and a sense of responsibility.

Crises cannot be planned for, but reliability can.
As a SICON partner, customer, or supplier, you can trust that we will remain capable of acting even in extraordinary situations. Our goal is to be prepared for every conceivable scenario. As part of our Business Continuity Management (BCM), we have a comprehensive manual as well as an emergency manual with clearly defined guidelines for various crisis scenarios. The goal is to ensure the continuity of our business at all times and to reliably fulfill our contractual and partnership obligations. In this way, we ensure that business-critical processes can continue stably and smoothly even in challenging situations. Our BCM is reviewed annually as part of a structured risk analysis and continuously adapted to changing risks and new conditions.
