Intelligent Water Injection for scrap shredder
SICON Water Injection is engineered to effectively reduce visible emissions from scrap metal shredders. It connects seamlessly to existing spray bars, providing rotor spray, feed roll spray, and rotor flood water.
The compact and rugged system has a total footprint of just 92 cm x 153 cm (36” x 60”). Built with high-quality, industry-standard components, each unit is fully assembled and pressure-tested before leaving the facility.
All functions are easily operated via a graphic interface screen, directly from the operator’s chair. The system can be integrated into any existing control architecture or run as a standalone solution.
